Football Coach

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Conduct regular training sessions focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and tactical understanding.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on players’ performance to help them improve.
  • Organize and manage team activities, including matches and tournaments.
  • Mentor and guide young athletes, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a football coach, preferably with youth players.
  • Relevant coaching certifications (NIS ADVANCED CERTIFICATE or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and training methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for football and commitment to player development.

Participant Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and their families.
  • Manage the participant onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the academy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant profiles and records.
  • Address participant inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and facilitate participant engagement activities and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
